We recently photographed a lovely, playful engagement session with Randy and Sharon exploring their neighborhood on Capitol Hill. This ‘date’ style of shoot is one of our favorites because it encourages couples to visit places of local significance and make new memories while being photographed. Randy and Sharon started their date with a sidewalk chalk heart on the band shell at Volunteer Park and ended with cocktails and sushi at Liberty on 15th. In between, they frolicked through the trees at the park to the playground where the slide and swings beckoned, walked through the rhododendron gardens to the Seattle Asian Art Museum, and enjoyed coffee and tea over good books at Cafe Victrola.
Thank you two for sharing your story, your smiles, and your love. We’re so excited about these engagement portraits, and even more excited for your wedding at Sleeping Lady next month!
