Wednesday evening it was 65 degrees, sunny, and as calm as a summer’s day… the perfect time for photos! My friend Rose (who is also my personal trainer and a Brooks-sponsored runner) needed some headshots for Shape Magazine, where she’s being featured in an article about the fittest cities in the US. Seattle natives, be proud… our city is #4! I grew up in Michigan, which is notoriously one of the fattest states. Whenever Seattle accomplishes something like this, it makes me really glad I moved. We took a few personal pics too, which I’ll post later. Here are a few shots from our quick session…

MCH - I love that first one on the right. Great for a magazine if you ask me. Though if you want more action, I’d go for the second one on the left…. not that you asked for my opinion
